In order to manage the logistics of the ICWM 2014, 45 intern volunteers were selected through an application process. About two weeks before the meeting, Volunteers Launching meeting was held at Ewha Womans University. The morning orientaion session was led by M. Jeong with talks by H. Lee, P. Kang, K. Kim and S. Noh about the importance and the significance of the ICWM 2014. After lunch and group photo, the afternoon session was led by R. Kim with tours of the ECC and the COEX where the meeting was scheduled to be held.
The intern volunteers helped with all aspects of meeting preparation and execution. No job was too small to make sure that all the attendees felt welcome to the meeting.
